Nevada Opt-Outs Increase, Downplayed By the Media

The 2nd largest school district in the state of Nevada’s opt-out rate increased by 58% and the state’s opt-out rate increases, but that is downplayed.

Nevada to Receive $1.3 Million Settlement from Measured Progress

Measured Progress said they would refund Nevada almost $1.3 million in a settlement reached with the state the Nevada Attorney General’s office announced.

Changing the Test Vendor Won’t Improve the Test

Nevada Falls Short of NCLB’s Testing Mandate
