Interesting development out of Kentucky. Kentucky’s State Board of Education also adopted the Next Generation Science Standards despite a lot of criticism. A legislative committee voted against it 5-1. Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear said they would be adopting regardless. It looks like somebody’s putting the brakes on the implementation.
