CCSSI Development Teams

Initially the National Governors Association (NGA), Council of Chief State School Officers (CCSSO), and the Common Core State Standards Initiative (CCSSI) did not release the names of individuals involved.

On July 2, 2009, the NGA announced the Common Core State Standards Development Work Group and Feedback Group. Here is the six page news release with this announcement.

On November 10, 2009 the NGA put out a news release to announce the Common Core State Standards Work and Feedback Groups.

This is the official list of individuals on the Common Core State Standards Initiative K-12 Standards Development Teams. There are two groups For mathematics and English language arts. The Work Team is the actual writing team and the Feedback Group provided feedback. There are eleven pages to the document. It can be downloaded here. The official list is slightly different from lists previously released. This list appears to have been released November 10, 2009.
