Iowa Governor Terry Branstad unveiled his final legislative recommendations for the Iowa Legislature on his education plan today in Des Moines, IA. This was after several town hall meetings and listening to citizens. I have to say I’m as *impressed* with this recommendation as I was with their education blueprint. Which is not much.
