Stop Common Core Ballot Line in New York Delivers Over 62,000 Signatures

Stop Common Core in New York State reports that the effort launched by New York Republican gubernatorial candidate Rob Astorino to start a 3rd party Stop Common Core ballot line gathered over 62,000 signatures.

They only needed 15,000.  The signatures were submitted today at the New York State Board of Elections in Albany.  They have been told this was the largest petition operation in the history of the state.

The Stop Common Core ballot line will qualify in all 27 congressional districts and they had signatures representing each of New York’s 62 counties.

Well done.
